Audit Request Application
This tool was used to assist our clients during an audit. The application is comprised of a Microsoft Access database which allows the requests made by an investigator to be logged and tracked. This tool has been proven to streamline any audit and prevents requests from being unanswered. The application tracks:
- Request identification
- Inspector Name
- Request Status
- Request Priority
- Description
- Comments
- Topic
- Estimated Turnaround Time
The application also has reporting functionality built-in to easily retrieve a summary of requests.

The Risk Assessment application is a tool used to evaluate the risk associated with the failure of a particular requirement. The tool allows the user to enter system requirements along with possible scenarios to evaluate and prioritize risk. Risk is evaluated based on 3 main factors:
- Impact
- Likelihood
- Probability of Detection
The application also has reporting functionality built-in to easily retrieve a summary of assessments.
